FINE & RAW is an artisan industrial chocolate factory in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, manufacturing organic, bean-to-bar chocolate bars, truffles, and spreads. The factory includes a chocolate-inspired cafe/gift shop with open views of the chocolate-making machinery, and also hosts private tours, tastings, and events.
