YetepAt age 17, I was excited that I could start driving myself places on my own. I suppose Martin Garrix is a little bit different.
On June 21, Beaport witnessed the youngest producer to reach the top of their chart. Garrix’s track “Animals” hit the peak of the Top 10 chart. Not a single subgenre, but the entire store.
The Spinnin Records track turned heads across the world, watching the rise of yet another Dutch EDM star (seriously, it’s like they’re bred out there.).
Baby-faced Garrix is already accomplishing more than we can expect from a 16-year-old, as the 25 under 25 start to take over the entire electronic genre. He’s already collaborated with big shots like Sidney Samson, Dillon Francis, and Julian Jordan.
If you’re as excited as I am to see the rise of this guy, stay tuned because I’ll be watching him the whole way up. This is merely the beginning. Congrats Mr. Garrix.
