Just Blaze & Baauer Release “Higher” featuring Jay-Z

THUMP is premiering a short film for producer Just Blaze and rising-star producer/DJ Baauer‘s track “Higher” featuring Jay-Z. The clip is directed by Nabil, known for his work with Kanye West, Bon Iver, and Frank Ocean among others, takes place in the Kerala region of India, home to some of the oldest forms of martial arts, and showcases the immense skills of Kalaripayattu warriors both young and old. THUMP partnered with the Priority Recordsand the artists to make the film possible, echoing their efforts on the wildly popular video for “When A Fire Starts to Burn.”

The single will be celebrated with a release party at an undisclosed location in New York.
