Party Favor & Baauer Team Up on ‘MDR’

What do you call a track that is hot like fire? Well, you call it “MDR!” This brand-new track by Party Favor and Baauer is one of the most exciting songs we’ve heard this year. Party Favor is well known for tracks like “Caskets” and “Shut It Down” (a collaboration with Dillon Francis.) Baauer is an artist that also has a long history of hit songs like “One Touch” featuring Rae Sremmurd & AlunaGeorge, and his break-out hit “Harlem Shake.” Having a collaboration between Party Favor and Baauer is epic; check it out below!

“MDR” is a song that ignites the spark in your soul. It’s over the brim with energy and is a powerhouse from start to finish. With lyrics that loop “fire” overlaying a siren noise, the build up to the song is just as epic as the drop. The song represents both artists well, as you can hear within each piece the ways that both artists put their own twist. Towards the second half, the song turns into a drum n’ bass effect, carrying out the original drop and remixing it once again. Party Favor & Baauer really outdid themselves with a track with multiple elements and enthusing details that the listener really can feel.
