Flume Brings Thunder From Down Under to Phoenix

Australian producer, Flume, will finally be bringing his unique sound to the valley of the sun in June to the Pressroom for what is sure to be an unforgettable night. The young producer first started arranging beats at the young age of 13. Getting his break at a young age, Harley Streten, better known as Flume, entered into a young producers contest in Australia where he entered three tracks, “Sleepless”, “Over You”, and “Paper Thin”, since then, the rest has been history (well, recent history). After he got signed in 2011, it’s been nothing but success for this awesome Aussie. The release of his debut self-titled album garnered immense attention from music charts by hitting #1 on the Australian iTunes charts and debuting on the ARIA Album charts at #2. Having collaborated with a wide range of different artists such as Chet Faker, T. Shirt, and George Maple, along participating in the side project, What So Not, that, it leaves listeners thinking “Is there anything this superpower artist can’t do?” Well, while Flume has certainly flexed his musical muscle unto the world, be sure to catch him in Phoenix bringing all sorts of bomb beats to the Pressroom in June!
