Diplo Kicks Summer Into Top Gear with his Release Pool Party on April 23rd
With summer right around the corner, that only means one thing, and one thing only. POOL PARTY SEASON IS COMING! April 9th marks the beginning of the Release Pool Parties which happen every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 6pm at the Talking Stick Resort. What other way would there be to kick off this warm weather here in the desert? The events are 21+, so for those of you who are over 21 you can come out and enjoy live DJs, good vibes, and a drink by the pool!
Just two weeks after kick off, on April 23rd, the man and the legend himself, Diplo, will be headlining! If you’ve been around EDM for any amount of time then you probably know how big of a name Diplo is to bring out and kick off this awesome pool party series. Just last week on February 15th, Diplo won an award at the Grammy’s along with Skrillex, as their duo Jack Ü, for Best Dance Record with their song “Where Are Ü Now”. Diplo seems to always be on the move and he is definitely one of the most active icon figures in the EDM community. Several of his new feats include investing in an Arizona United Soccer Club, his nomination in the International Dance Music Awards, and the many collaborations that he always has lined up with different artists around the world. What's up everybody! My name is Eric Alexander, although feel free to call me The Kid Eric, which is my DJ name. I'm a recent college graduate who started with Relentless Beats back in October 2015. My dream is to be a headliner DJ, but if that doesn't happen, then what I'm doing right now is perfectly alright. As long as I got my music and good vibes.
