YetepAbout two years ago, Kevin ‘SNBRN‘ Chapman created a hugely successful remix of 50 Cent’s and Nate Dogg’s “21 Questions”. With over 5 millions streams across all platforms for this track, SNBRN’s sunset house became a massive wave on the dance floor of major deep house/tropical house artists such as Thomas Jack, Kygo, Claptone, and more.
Fast forward to this year, a few weeks ago, SNBRN released an original track with a very similar style to his remix of “21 Questions” called “Gangsta Walk”. The interesting fact about this song is that it received the blessing from the rapper/producer Nate Dogg himself. Chapman was given an originally released Nate Dogg acapella when he was on the hunt for similar samples to remix. “Gangsta Walk” possessed all the ingredients from the previous remixes, deep house, pop, hip-hop, with a little dash of tropical house, as SNBRN looking to make sunset house a major part of the EDM scene.
With over 1 millions streams since the release, SNBRN is ready to announce his North American Gangsta Walk tour for the Spring of 2016. Sunset house fans will be able to catch the LA-based breakout producer in most of North America major cities, such as NYC, LA, Miami, SF, Vancouver, Chicago, Washington DC, and best of all, Phoenix. Where better to showcase sunset house than the place with the best sunsets in North America. SNBRN will be delighting us with his presence and smooth beats at Phoenix Lights Festival on April 2nd at Margaret T Hance Park along with Kaskade, Eric Prydz, and Yellow Claw.
