Have you started counting down the days yet? #TheLightsReturn April 2-3. That snuck up on you quick, right? We figured you might need a refresher on some of your favorite headliners. Both Saturday and Sunday are stacked with incredible talent; you won’t want to miss either day.
Check out these five songs that will get you feeling the vibes of Day 1.
1. Kiiara- Feels (Jai Wolf Remix)
Jai Wolf made his massive debut with his track “Indian Summer” on Odesza’s Foreign Family Collective. If Odesza approves, you know this guy is good. Jai Wolf’s remix of “Feels” was beautifully produced puts any listener in a state of pure bliss.
2. SNBRN- Raindrops feat. Kerli
When I heard SNBRN would be headlining, I blasted this song in my car, windows down, belted out the lyrics. If you haven’t done this yet, you’re really missing out.
This classic never fails to put me in a head-bopping happy mood with its bouncy bass and pleasant vocals.
3. Wut DO Ü M3an (4B &Jon Santana Remix)
4B… Where have you been all my life? This 22 year old producer is known for spreading his aggressive Jersey club sound into electronic music.
This track is definitely on the more chill side for 4B, its synths and drops are definitely some of the better ones I’ve heard, especially in a J-Biebs remix.
4. Eric Prydz- Breathe (feat. Rob Swire)
Eric Prydz brings the trance to the lights this year. This song puts you right in the middle of Tron Legacy, with some impressive similarities to Daft Punk. Prydz is guaranteed to take you out of this world with his futuristic tracks this year.
5. San Holo x Yellow Claw- Alright
Yellow Claw and San Holo may be the greatest group of dutch dudes to ever collaborate. “Alright” is a chill song with lyrics that resonate with anyone struggling. What really makes this track cool though, is its live potential. The vibrations, the lights, the energy of the crowd, don’t miss out!
