Kaskade and Deadmau5 Are Back With An Emotional New Masterpiece

Any time Kaskade and Deadmau5 get together magic is sure to ensue.  It’s been eight years since “Remember Me” and “Move For Me” which have both become dance music classics, so expectations for this song have been incredibly high– and they’ve delivered! As two of the industries biggest and most talented producers it’s not a surprise to see such a beautiful track come from them. It’s exactly what fans have been waiting for.

Although the release came as a surprise the song isn’t entirely new. Different version of the track have been teased here and there over the last year only helping build the anticipation. The full version of the song was released last week with an accompanying music video.

Kaskade x Deadmau5 feat. Skylar Grey “Beneath With Me”

The song features soft vocals from Skylar Grey, who hs previously worked with Kaskade on “Room For Happiness”. Her voice carries you away into a powerful, percussion fueled breakdown. The music video is absolutely haunting. It depicts a bloody Grey in the aftermath of a bad car accident. It’s eerie with a twist that leaves you wondering.

With the release of the full track came some Twitter tension. Deadmau5 claims he was just as surprised as the rest of us by the release. Given his reputation it’s hard to know when to take the jokester seriously, but whatever the case may be this final production is stunning!
