Galantis’ Switches It Up On Their Latest Single ‘Hunter’

If you’re ever in need of a fun, pick-me-up tune, Galantis are you go to guys. The Swedish duo delivers delightful pop infused hits on a regular basis. They’ve become known for their colorful festival-ready tracks like “Runaway (U & I)”, “No Money” and my personal fave, “Peanut Butter Jelly.” It’s a style that’s instantly recognizable as theirs. Their latest single has all the usual flair you’d expect from Galantis but with a new edge.

“Hunter” features sweet vocals from a mystery female singer and dreamy melodic synths, but also presents a new level of mystery and flirtatious progression.

The dancehall and animalistic sentiments along with a surprise, trap-esque finale make this song a standout in their growing collection. It’s always a good day when some new Galantis drops but their new sound has us eager for more already.

Galantis celebrated the release with a Facebook Live video. They gave a bunch of shout outs to their fans and answered some questions while “Hunter” provided a background soundtrack. Fans at Shaky Beats and Middlelands got to hear the new tune firsthand and it was well received by the massive crowds.
