YetepBorn and raised in Salt Lake City, Antuane Walker has spent most of his life perfecting his musical craft. Following the same path as the established artists who inspired him, Antuane got his start in the music industry with a trombone and a natural born talent. Once he hit high school he felt it was time to find an outlet for the music maestro within. Under the Alias Fransis Derelle, he found his niche in hip hop and trap. Even though the genre of the song may say ‘trap’ his music is far from sounding like one genre. Give “Cashmere” a listen and you’ll see what I’m saying.
2015 was a breakthrough year for Fransis. His productions were played by names such as Tiesto, Adventure Club, Tommy Trash, Laidback Luke, Thomas Gold, and more. At the end of the year, he was announced as the winner of Insomniacs Discovery Project for Countdown. As you can imagine, he blew up after that. Since his remixes and originals have been featured on blogs such as Thissongslaps.com, Run The Trap, Trap City, Trap Nation, Trap & Bass, Fist In The Air, & Daily Beat.
Just in time for his stop in AZ, Fransis is dropping his highly anticipated EP, Pixel Paradise tomorrow. Catch him at the Monarch on March 31st with Jaykode and Buku, grab your ticket to paradise here.
