YetepWith less than 2 weeks until the biggest festival Rawhide has ever seen, it’s time to take a moment to check out one of the greatest hidden gems on the Decadence lineup, Solardo. The tech-house duo specializes in wonky, extraordinary tech-house music that can turn any size gathering into a party. Hailing all the way from Manchester, England, duo Mark Richards and James Eliot don’t mess around when it comes to delivering high-energy, refreshing beats. With a little over two years under their belt, Solardo has already gone on to win DJ Mag’s Best Breakthrough Act of 2016 and Best Duo in 2017. It’s clear to see that Solardo is raising the bar when it comes to house music.
For this week’s RB Deep in the Mix, we are taking a look at their b2b set with Skream at Hideout Festival 2017.
Everything about this set is perfect. The duo teamed up with Skream, a classic electronic producer, known for his cutting-edge drum & bass sound, to curate an hour-long trip down the rabbit hole. I can only imagine the smiles on everyone’s faces when they performed this at Hideout Festival, a massive beach-front festival at Zrce Beach, Croatia. The set is packed with tribal yet modern sounds that are sure to flood listeners with a cloud of bliss.
Don’t miss Solardo alongside Green Velvet and Anti-Up at this year’s Decadence on December 30th and 31st. Grab your last-minute tickets here.
