Noel Present Debut Album ‘Reborn’

The first time an album has been released by ProgRAM, Russia’s Noel is making history with his Reborn LP. After releasing three EPs for the drum n bass imprint, he shares a bundle of previously released tunes alongside four album exclusives.

His gritty, dance floor-ready style is entirely evident with this release, and Noel demonstrates some incredible versatility. Of the exclusives, we especially rate the jazzy vibes of “Mist” against some jungle roots, whilst “Tremor” goes in hard with eye-watering vocals and stripped down tempo.
