Noel Finds His ‘Rhythm Flow’

ProgRAM just released three new tracks from Noel under his Rhythm Flow EP. It’s not the first time the producer has put out bundles on the label; we have been tracking his progress since Shelter and Watching. With an album on the way, this is a big year for Noel.

Things get off to a strong start with “Girlfriend,” a vocal-fused tune with an upbeat energy. “Pulses” is all about dominating synths and brings about some fresh neurofunk vibes.
