Party Favor Releases Remix Album for ‘Layers’

Dylan Ragland, better known as Party Favor, is nothing short of a pioneer and legend when it comes to the trap and twerk music genres. His edgy style has helped him become one of the fastest rising DJs in the industry, and now he sits pretty at the top with millions of streams, venue sellouts, and chart-topping hits. Aside from doing production work for artists like Offset and ASAP Ferg, Party Favor has also seen mainstream success by having his music played in films, commercials, and TV shows. He continues to grow as a producer by constantly releasing new music, and recently he released Layers (Remixed), featuring remixes of tracks from his Layers album.

The eight-track album contains remixes of Party Favor’s original tracks “Reach For Me,” “Wait A Minute,” “Wasabi,” “Be Ok,” “Dreams,” and “Wave.” Each track was treasured on the original album for its own taste of Party Favor’s style, and now fans can hear how artists like Wuki, Blanke, TroyBoi, and others have produced their own experience of each song and remixed it with their own flare. Remixes are expansive on original tracks because they manipulate a song to appeal to listeners that may not have resonated with the original track. In this way, Party Favor’s music reaches more audiences than before. If you feel touched by his music, party with Party Favor when he shakes up Gentle Ben’s on August 31st. Get your tickets now!
