YetepSpooky season is upon us so get your magic brew and speaker ready to listen up! LA-native David Lee Crow, AKA Ghastly, released his one-hour “Haunted House Warm Up Mix” and you need to be ready to hear it! Ghastly has been ready for this Halloween since he released his album Haunted House earlier this year. Surprised? Well, his stage-name is Ghastly, so I am not. “Fangs” was the first song released from that album, and there is still no certainty on when it’s release date will be. The “Haunted House Warm Up Mix” will suffice for now
Ghastly teased that this is a sneak preview of what we will be seeing in his upcoming sets and I am hoping that is true! This mix is full of his originals, along with the sounds of Drezo, Moksi, Wuki, and more! This set has a blend of funky bass house beats and grimey, spooky bass lines. Earlier this year Ghastly said he was going to focus more on house music compared to his usual heavy-hitting style, but this mix has that heavy-bass edge to make it perfect for this Halloween season.
You can catch Ghastly in Albuquerque, New Mexico TONIGHT at Deadbeats Halloween featuring Zeds Dead, Ghastly, Tisoki, and um… Grab those last minute tickets here!
