How Nature Became Part of Of The Trees’ Sound

For Of The Trees, nature has never just been a backdrop but all about the architecture.

The Denver-based producer, born Tyler Coombs, has spent years building a world where birds singing, nature soundscapes, and ambient textures carry as much weight as the bass. His 2026 debut album, Moonglade Park, made that vision into something physical.

The album’s tracks flow incredibly well. “Park Entrance” opens with ambient sounds, while “Dolori” layers dreamlike grooves with euphoric vocals, noticeable throughout the whole album.

That philosophy extends much further beyond music. His curated event, Camp Alderwild, returned to Telluride’s Town Park on August 28 and 29, 2026, where the San Juan Mountains were as central as the lineup. Attendees experienced mountaintop yoga, and morning hikes alongside the absolute magical sets he’s famous for putting on.
