With October fully into the flow of things and the weather officially cooling down, it’s time to get our game faces on as we are in full force for our festivals and club shows! This weekend we have 4 amazing shows all over Arizona to bring to you to choose from. We’re kicking it off with The Game Day Tour and 12th Planet over at Shady Park! The day after that we have both MK and Bear Grillz at the Scarlett Room and Monarch Theatre respectively(Remember that the Scarlett room is just upstairs from Monarch.) Then to close out the weekend have GTA down in Tucson at the Rialto Theatre.

10/7 – 12th Planet – Game Day Tour @ Shady Park

Having been one of the best Dubstep producers in all of America since he’s debut in 2006, The American Dubstep King, John Dadzie, as he is often called by all of his fans and admirers, has been putting together some of the raunchiest and filthiest beats for the past 10 years. Prior to 2006 John Dadzie was actually a drum’n’bass producer under the alias Inflitrata and had gained support from some of the biggest names including Goldie, Photek, and many more. Ever since he alias switched names he’s has gained even more support from the biggest Dubstep names including Doctor P, Cookie Munsta, Funtcase, Skrillex, Datsik, and more. Check out his set at EDC going b2b2b with Lumberjvck and Protohype!

10/8 – Bear Grillz @ Monarch Theatre

No, he’s not the televised adventurer. Bear Grillz is the real-life dubstep destroyer. With his bear suit on and mysterious identity, people have been wondering for quiet sometime, who is this guy who absolutely slays every single set when he steps up to the decks. He is signed to Firepower Records, which if you don’t know is Datsik’s label, and continually puts out some of the best, high-energy dubstep around. His latest EP that he put out was his Fuck Bitches, Get Honey EP which featured 4 tracks that will absolutely have you head-banging you brain right out through your mouth. Check it our for yourself and see what we mean we say this guy makes the heaviest Dubstep around!

10/8 – MK @ The Scarlett Room

To provide something a little more soothing from the necks that will be snapped downstairs, MK, or Marc Kinchen, will be headlining just 50 feet over your head with some of the smoothest and most uplifting deep house today. If you are unfamiliar with MK, you should probably know he is a big name as well in the deep house scene. He owns his own label record, Area 51, which he continually puts loads of his remixes up onto as he is a master of taking music and putting a groovy house drum pattern behind it. Check out his newest remix of Aurora’s “I Went Too Far” in where he truly demonstrates his euphoric and uplifting style.

10/9 – GTA – Good Times Ahead @ Rialto Theatre

Coming out how with their newest single just 4 days ago, GTA are only filled with Good Times Ahead as that is their main priority on their musical expedition they have put forth for themselves. Bringing a hip-hop touch onto their distinct sound, this single has a seductive undertone while keeping that electronic vibe. With a mantra like “death to all genres”,  the brilliant duo continues to release single after single, each with its own style making it onto charts across the board. Their full album is set to be released on October 7th, so you can surely bet that you will hear every single one of their new songs this weekend at the event that you do not want to miss out on!
