YetepReceiving love from Tiësto, Arty, and David Guetta, Russian artist Duher is one of the latest up and comers of the international house scene. Duher uses each accolade as motivation to move forward.
“It’s really cool!” he said. “It shows that people like my music and I’m going in the right direction, so I should keep it up! Each support means for me a lot!”
“Sometimes I’ve been working 12-13 hours per day and I guess that’s the key for success,” Duher says. “It’s really important to let production become a part of your day, it should be more than just a hobby!”
And his hard work is turning heads for good reason. His music bounces clubs, moves feet and rocks bodies, including his remix of Afrojack’s ‘Radioman‘, his December jam called ‘Swoosh‘ and his latest collaboration with the guys from M-3ox, released this past Monday, March 11th.
“The tune’s called ‘Girls’ and it will be out on Heat Recordings including remixes from Dj M.E.G. & N.E.R.A.K. and Daleri,” says Duher. “I’m really proud of this track, we put a lot of effort into the tune and I guess it paid us back! We also got amazing remixes form Dj M.E.G. & N.E.R.A.K. and Daleri, so I guess the release will be insane!”
As he continues to work on new tracks, Duher tries to tinker with each one above and beyond the amount necessary, giving sets that extra something in festivals and nightclubs worldwide.
“I’m trying to make something unique, mixing different ideas and making some new creative stuff,” Duher said. “At the same time it’s all in a canon of house music, I’m trying to bring the energy into my tracks, so when someone listens to my production, they say ‘wow’.”
Yet, with all of this under his belt already, Duher will be hungry for more, and 2013 is starting to look like a thick steak with A-1 sauce.
“I’ve got many really cool tracks coming up, like my new tune ‘Rokit’, which will be out on Cr2 Records and already supported by David Guetta, Tristan Garner, Swanky Tunes and many others. There is also coming up an EP on Diffused records, which includes 3 brand new tracks. The release was premiered by Michael Woods on Global Gathering in UK. And let’s say there are few secret bombs coming up as well. I guess it’s a good start for me in 2013!”
