Felix Cartal Announces After Dark North American Tour

In support of his recently released Past, Present, Felix EP, out now on Dim Mak Records, Felix Cartal is hitting the road with the launch of his “After Dark North American Tour.” Named for “After Dark,” a highlight track on the Past, Present, Felix EP featuring vocalist Koko LaRoo, the trek will take Felix across major clubs and venues throughout the U.S. and his native Canada. The “After Dark Tour” launches September 5 in Victoria, BC, following a major performance on the “Dim Mak Up All Night Stage” at Electric Zoo.

Prior to launching the “After Dark Tour,” Felix will release the Young Love (Remixes) EP on August 20 via Dim Mak Records. The EP will feature the original track with remixed versions of “Young Love”. Additionally, Dim Mak Records will release the winning entry of the recent Beatport Play remix contest for his single “The Fire” with Clockwork featuring Madame Buttons on vocals.

Past, Present, Felix EP highlights a new creative direction for Felix with a heavier focus on vocal-based songwriting. The EP showcases the new, musically matured Felix Cartal, whose sound boasts the perfect contrast of ethereal vocals, enchanting melodies, and punchy bass lines, and takes the young producer on an unprecedented sonic journey. Driving the spirit of Past, Present, Felix, lead single “Young Love” is the quintessential representation of his current sound.
