Skrillex Promotes Musical Education In South Africa

Skrillex is known for being a pioneer in electronic music and paving the way for future generations. Now the world famous producer/DJ is teaming up with Electric Family to promote music education for children in South Africa.

Electric Family will be selling limited edition Skrillex bracelets for $20 from which $7 will be donated to Bridges For Music to build a music school and provide music equipment to youth centers in South Africa. Kids from the youth organizations will be given a demo on how to use the equipment and a tour during sound check to see some behind the scenes action. In addition Skrillex will be donating 2 CDJ 2000s and one DJM 900 mixer per show on his FULL FLEX EXPRESS tour across Canada starting July 8th.
