Getter Remix of Jauz & Pegboard Nerd’s “Get On Up” Helps Fight Cancer

I can’t imagine anyone who could do it better for a remix of Get On Up than Getter, who absolutely blew my mind with this track right here. Premiered earlier this week by Thissongissick, the Jauz & Pegboard Nerds track “Get On Up” has become a revised masterpiece done by Getter who has a golden touch in many of his trap remixes. I mean, when I’m listening to this I’m like: Oh shiiiit! Ooooh! This song is fucking haawwttt! I mean, I literally cannot listen to it without dancing! I’m serious; it quite literally makes me feel it and then I get on up because apparently my body really needs it. Like damn Getter – well done. The original Jauz & Pegboard Nerds “Get On Up” track already held its own, but the way Getter re-mastered this track – I mean I’ll say it again – well done.

Pegboard Nerds, who will be coming here this NYE alongside a massive lineup for Decadence (see lineup below), have changed their entire website into a donation system for Operation Pink Cloud in support of the Fuck Cancer campaign and their upcoming EP, Pink Cloud. This is all apart of the Pegboard Nerds’ mission last month to help take on Breast Cancer by raising money through the sale of a pack of this, and five more awesome official remixes to “Get On Up.” Their mission was to gain fans support in order to create awareness and raise money for this cause.

During just the first two weeks of the Pink Cloud and Fuck Cancer campaign, the Pegboard Nerds successfully raised over $18,000 in donations to fight this ruthless illness, and are now up to having raised $33,932. All proceeds from Pink Cloud downloads and merchandising sales will be donated to Fuck Cancer‘s initiatives in the ongoing battle against breast cancer.
