YetepVancouver based producer Vanic came out of nowhere just over a year ago with his signature and one of a kind sound of melodic future bass. With infectious remixes of Major Lazer‘s “Be Together” and amazing originals like “Circles” with Machine Heart or other collaborations with Tove Styrke and K. Flay, its safe to say Vanic has made a name for himself.
His song Hypnotik with Zella Day is classic Vanic sound, and now he’s teamed up with her once again for something just as lovely but a little different sounding. In his latest track on a brand new remix of her song “HIGH” we get an even more polished version of his signature future bass inspired sound that comes complete with a more heavy edge to it. Vanic has slowed things down in his recent work like his take on Major Lazer’s ‘Be Together’, resulting in something simply dreamy. Zella Day’s vocals go perfectly with the melodic style really tying it all together.
Vanic’s name has been showing up on more and more lineups and I can’t wait to see where the future takes him. Its refreshing to see such a futuristic and unique artist taking the bigger stages and hopefully as this continues his amazing music will as well.
