Martin Garrix Announces New Debut Album as He Hits The Studio
2016 is going to be a big year for a lot of people. EDM is growing at an exponential rate and new music and artists are constantly being found and brought to the limelight. One of the things you’ll definitely want to watch out for is the arrival of Martin Garrix‘s new album that the wunderkind recently announced he is working on. Garrix didn’t make an official announcements but he did drop a lot of clues and hints that point towards an album. While apparently in the draft stages, Garrix did say when asked if he was making an album that he has something “slowly coming together.”
“I make drafts which are far more elaborate than what I’ve just done here,” Garrix said, “Then we have a sit-down with my team, and we discuss which tracks are good enough or not, which track would be dope with a particular singer. Then we send it to them and they start writing lyrics, or I’ll send it to them with me humming a melody. This way, I slowly see my album taking shape. I really like it. Some people enjoy gaming or drawing, and for me this is it. You start out with nothing, and with different sounds, you complete the puzzle.”

Martin Garrix Creates a track live on-air!
Garrix is obviously very excited for this upcoming album and so should we be. It’ll be the first album he makes after the recent happenings with Spinnin’ Records. Either way, we know nothing will stop the young Dutch mastermind from creating something absolutely beautiful!

What's up everybody! My name is Eric Alexander, although feel free to call me The Kid Eric, which is my DJ name. I'm a recent college graduate who started with Relentless Beats back in October 2015. My dream is to be a headliner DJ, but if that doesn't happen, then what I'm doing right now is perfectly alright. As long as I got my music and good vibes. My favorite music is anything with a lot of bass in it. Bass house, dubstep, DnB, trap, and whatever else there is out there that I can put my hands on. I think it's easier to just call me a bass head really. That's pretty much there really is to me. After all, I'm just a kid doing what he loves. If you ever see me at a show don't be afraid to grab my attention and say what's up! I absolutely love meeting new people <3
