RBDeep In the Mix: Petey Clicks @ Night Bass LA

Petey Clicks is a Virginia bred, LA based DJ/producer. He has been releasing underground bangers for years through a number of collaborations and aliases, and finally stepping out to launch his solo project in 2014. Being one of the first to be signed onto AC Slater’s Night Bass records, Petey is known to constantly dropping EPs filled with his unique spin on bass house music: clean, crisp masterpieces designed to cross genre barriers and get dance floors vibrating. According to AC Slater, Petey Clicks  is one of the most original sounding and hardest working super producer at the Night Bass headquarter. A few months ago, he recorded a live mix for the regular Night Bass monthly show and it is fire! Check out Petey Clicks at Night Bass’s February show.

The energy level of this mix is insanely high because of Petey Clicks’ track selection. He introduced the mix with a track called “Like This” by Shift K3Y, preparing the audience for a whole lot of heat coming up in the mix. After “Like This”, Petey made the transition into a track from He Who Dare and Chris Gresswell called “Acclimation”. After a few more tracks, Petey Clicks started to introduce the familiar sound of his popular collaboration with AC Slater, “Got Damn”; if the crowd wasn’t going ham before, they will be for this track. He maintained the energy level of the mix with incredibly hyped tracks from the likes of Chris Lake, Chris Lorenzo, Hotfire, Vato Gonzalez, Skapes, and Redlight.

Night Bass will be bringing its 3 arguably most beloved producers Jack Beats, AC Slater, and Petey Clicks to Phoenix on their North America tour called Summer Phases. The Pressroom on May 27th is the place to be for Bass House and Night Bass fans.
