Relentless Beats

Oliver Heldens Shows Us the “Good Life” with New Track and Video

Oliver Heldens is always working on something. He’s put out a ton of new music lately, and most recently after weeks of teasers he’s released a funky new track, “Good Life”. He brought on fellow Danish native, singer and songwriter Ida Corr for this upbeat track. Her rich and soulful vocals really shine against the beat. This track blends his classic bass riffs with disco vibes. It definitely has a dance floor flair that makes you want to move. It’s already picked up support from the likes of Don Diablo, W&W, Nicky Romero.

The song will be in Ubisoft’s new game Watch Dogs 2 and is the inspiration behind the music video. Oliver Heldens is a big fan of video games and has created the perfect gaming track. The track was released on Oliver Helden’s own label, Heldeep Records.

The video is a techi-color dream. The graphic visuals are something taken out of video game fantasy world. Oliver Heldens appears in the video, as he does with most of his music videos. With unicorns, Dinosaurs, and pixelated images of all types this is the type of fun video we’ve come to expect from the young star.

The video launched worldwide at the Google London HD during an exclusive streaming event on Friday, November 11th. The song has already been streamed 500K times in the days since it’s release.
