FRI, DEC 2, 2016

“This class is designed for you to develop your own style and develop your own sound,” Zimmerman says in the course trailer. Deadmau5 further describes the MasterClass as a “no bullshit look into what it takes to make great music,” featuring his own candid insight into the creative process.

It’s a compelling opportunity, especially considering you’ll be able to access these courses anytime online via Masterclass’s website. As with most desirable things in life, it’ll come at a price. The series will cost $90. If you’re interested in deadmau5’s MasterClass, you can pre-enroll here. Deadmau5 told Billboard about the class: “Kids, DJs … anyone can compose music with just a computer. My MasterClass is a no bullshit look into what it takes to make great music, and it’s not just buying millions of dollars worth of gear. I’m going to show my students how to play with sounds and mix melodies they can share with the world. I’ve never done something at this depth before.” Deadmau5’s MasterClass is expected to arrive this winter.

What's up everybody! My name is Eric Alexander, although feel free to call me The Kid Eric, which is my DJ name. I'm a recent college graduate who started with Relentless Beats back in October 2015. My dream is to be a headliner DJ, but if that doesn't happen, then what I'm doing right now is perfectly alright. As long as I got my music and good vibes. My favorite music is anything with a lot of bass in it. Bass house, dubstep, DnB, trap, and whatever else there is out there that I can put my hands on. I think it's easier to just call me a bass head really. That's pretty much there really is to me. After all, I'm just a kid doing what he loves. If you ever see me at a show don't be afraid to grab my attention and say what's up! I absolutely love meeting new people <3
