YetepRyan Marks and Kenny Beats came together to create LOUDPVCK in 2009, and have been destroying the scene ever since. The two create an upbeat and uniquer brand of bass music incorporating all sorts of unusual sounds. They’ve grown immensely over the years and have collaborated with names like NGHTMRE, 12th Planet, Zeds Dead, and now Rickyxsan.
Rickyxsan is a newcomer to the scene who’s career took flight with the release of his single with Dirty Audio, “Gettin That.” His trappy bass sound quickly grabbed the attention of many and he began releasing more tunes like his remix of Barley Alive‘s “No Time,” “The Plauge” featuring graves, and a killer remix of “Dolphin On Wheels.”
Attributes from both LOUDPVCK and Rickyxsan can be heard throughout their collaboration titled “More Than I Can Take” with an overall future bass sound and a third drop that will take you by surprise. The release embraces a beautiful lead melody as Karra’s powerful vocals soar atop the lush layers. The future bass drop is simply explosive and is intertwined with tasteful vocal chops, crisp percussive hits and emotional swells. Near the end of the track, listeners are introduced to a menacing trap beat that brings the perfect amount of grime and heaviness to the table.
