YetepBonnie X Clyde are a DJ duo from Los Angeles heating up the music industry since their debut two years ago. Bonnie brings her alluring vocals and DJ talents to the duo while Clyde has production experience making them an unbeatable pair.
2016 was a successful year for Bonnie X Clyde with hits like ‘Where It Hurts’, ‘Rise Above’, and ‘Worth It’. It’s looking to be another good year for the pair. They recently released‘Bass Jam’, a banger hit that stands out from the rest and gives us just a small taste of the EP to come via Insomniac and Interscope Records.
Bonnie provides the lush vocals on this track on top of the future bass drops. It’s a little more mellow than their typical upbeat tunes, but we love it all the same. The lyrics, “Imma let the bass take me away, take me to a place away from here” depict a feeling I’m sure we’ve all had before. We just want to get lost in the music and the bass. With the release of the song, Bonnie X Clyde had this to say: “The inspiration for this song was the feelings we felt & experiences we shared during our high school years. Throwing house parties, staying up all night, unaware of what the future may bring just living for the moment.”
This new single has us even more excited for the EP and what’s to come from this match made in heaven.
