YetepFor this Sunday Funday, we’re going to get down to the Nitti Gritti on an up and coming artist and a show you cannot miss. On December 2nd Nitti Gritti and 4B will be shaking Monarch Theatre’s walls with their bass and bangers.

Nitti Gritti hails from south Flordia and has shaken up the bass, trap, and dubstep scene for the last few years. While Nitti Gritti is rather new to the scene, the man behind the alias, Ricky Mears, is a seasoned producer who has made many notable tracks. Before Nitti Gritti was conceptualized, Ricky made waves with his remix of the Seven Lions track, “Coming Home” along with a star-studded project list featuring Flume and Bob Marley.
Now that Nitti Gritti is here and he is bringing something entirely new to the game. Not only are his beats forceful and face-melting, but he ups the artistic ingenuity with live vocals. Yes, that’s right, Gritti sings on his tracks and it’s a surprising combination that sounds and feels right. Gritti is on the up and it’s going down on December 2nd at the monarch, grab your tickets here.
