YetepWith Thanksgiving being tomorrow, it’s time to start preparing your Spotify playlists whether it’s for those plane rides, road trips, or just to take advantage of some new music. Below are three artists you should check out during the upcoming break.
Crywolf
Crywolf, a.k.a. Justin Taylor Phillips, is a multi-talented singer, producer, and musician from Los Angeles who has been keeping it low-key since starting his career four years ago. The musician is known for his chillstep, melodic sound, and while he might not be as well-known as some others in the industry, he has been met with some commercial success. His first and most well-known EP, Cataclasm, made it to the Top 10 on Billboard electronic charts. Check out his song, “Anachronism” below and be sure to check out more of Crywolf.
Boys Noize
Boys Noize, or Alex Ridha, is a German producer who got his start in the industry at an early age supporting Felix Da Housecat and Dj Hell under the alias Kid Alex. He is most known for incorporating various styles while maintaining an idiosyncratic sound. The producer has released four full-length albums, with his fourth and most recent, Mayday, released just last year. Check out his track below from Mayday and give yourself some time this coming break to explore more of Boys Noize.
k?D
k?d, a.k.a. Patrick Cybulski is a Miami-born producer most known for his successful single, “Lose Myself,” featuring Phil Good, which made it to No. 40 on the Billboard Dance/Mix Show Airplay. k?d recently teamed up with Rezz for “Fourth Impact,” capturing both Rezz’s hypnotic, static sound and k?d’s future house style. Below is his single, “Lose Myself,” but don’t stop there when you explore new k?d music this break – he has too many good ones to choose from.
Crywolf, Boys Noize, and k?d will all be at Decadence AZ this coming December. Get your tickets, see the full lineup, and more here.
