YetepJust when we thought Buku Music + Art Project couldn’t get any better, they released their third and final phase of the 2018 lineup and blew our minds. Previously announced was Bassnectar, MGMT, SZA, Alison Wonderland, Isaiah Rashad, Flatbush Zombies, Mura Masa, Migos, the U.S. festival debut of Porter Robinson’s new alter ego Virtual Self, A Day to Remember and more. Newly added artists include Lil Uzi Vert, Illenium, who’ll be bringing his full “Awake” production for a special live show, Snails, Walker & Royce, and exclusive VIP b2b performances from Eprom and Mad Zach. This is a festival lineup dream come true.

Not only did they announce new artists, they’ve announced headliners for both days. On Friday fans will be able to enjoy Migos, SZA, MGMT, Virtual Self, and A Day To Remember. Saturday will see performances from Bassnectar, Lil Uzi Vert, Isaiah Rashad, and Illenium’s ‘Awake’ live.
On March 9th & 10th, 2018, Buku returns to the lively city of New Orleans for the seventh year. It’s been self-described as, “big festival punch with an underground house-party vibe,” and past years have focused on EDM, hip-hop and alt-rock acts with live street art, one-of-a-kind art installations, and dozens of surprise “pop-up” performances. Set across five unique stages, including the backdrop of an abandoned early 20th Century power plant and a warehouse featuring the city’s iconic Mardi Gras floats, the two-day event is truly unique amongst a plethora of festivals.
Tier four tickets are on sale now, starting at $190 for GA and $275 for VIP. More information on ticketing is available here.
