YetepEver since Gucci Mane has been out the penitentiary, he’s climbed his way to the tippity guwoppity top. After serving time for a couple different things, Gucci Mane ended up getting out early on good behavior. Prior to serving his sentence, Gucci Mane had been running the rap game for quite some time, but now he’s drinking a different kind of water out of a different kind of faucet.
In the latest album, El Gato: The Human Glacier, Gucci claims he was being slept on in “Strep Throat,” but I can’t recall such a time, as we’ve always known Gucci is one to watch. Even from prison, Gucci was releasing music, all thanks to his now wife, Keyshia. She held him down when he was out, and now the man keeps dropping album after album. Being locked up never stopped him.

Previous to El Gato: The Human Glacier, Gucci Mane came out with Mr. Davis, a tribute to his life as a married man and what it took to get to where he is. He speaks on behalf of old Gucci and introduces himself as the new Gucci throughout the album. Now, with El Gato: The Human Glacier, Gucci Mane is back on his bullsh*t with familiar lyrics and that same Gucci flow.
The entire 11-track album is available on SoundCloud, Spotify, and Apple Music. Also, Gucci Mane will be making a special performance as a headliner at Phoenix Lights. Tickets go on sale Friday, December 29, so grab them here before they go up in price.
