YetepThere’s nothing blah about 3LAU. Also known by his real name Justin Blau, 3LAU is a producer who has music coursing through his veins. Having started piano lessons around age three, it’s clear this was his path. He’s had huge hits in past years with “On My Mind” and “Is It Love” and his remix for Ariana Grande’s “Into You” has garnered over twenty-six million hits on Spotify alone. He’s also worked with the likes of Dash Berlin, Bright Lights, and more.
The newest track is a collaboration with Zaxx, another artist who has created ripples in the dance scene with remixes of songs like The Chainsmokers’ “Rozes.” Also featured on the song is singer Olivera who’s worked with Zaxx previously. Listen to “Dirty Neon” below.
Starting off with wispy, electric feels, the vocals of Olivera come together to create a solid intro for the song. Her voice is soft and brings a sense of alternative ambiance to it. It could best be described as the perfect ‘driving from nowhere to everywhere track.’
I can’t wait to see what types of tunes 3LAU and Zaxx come up with next!
