YetepVancouver based Monstercat brings a new face to their vast and impressive list of artists, although this one is mysteriously unique. Still virtually unknown, CloudNone releases his first project, a five song EP featuring one successful track he dropped independently. An array of both chill and electric sounds, CloudNone is giving us just a taste of the music he could bring in the future.
His single “None Trick Pony” was quite a savvy preview to the project, and was even played out by Tiësto on his Club Life radio show, despite his little recognition publicly. The track is included in the EP along with four other Zhu like house tracks, all with their own different taste. “Spring Snow” and EP-titled “Welcome To London” are the most popular songs, both holding strong ambient feelings along with trendy garage house backbone that will instantly get you moving. “badboy”, while not receiving the same attention as the other songs, delivers an addicting sound and vibe that changes throughout the track. With what little information is known about him, he is definitely an artist to keep an eye on, and hope we hear more soon!
