YetepShiba San is on a roll. Fresh off his recent Don’t Talk EP on Dirtybird, he has another collection of tunes and this time it lands on Kaluki Musik. He brings two different tracks to the table once again showing off his versatility and ability to make you dance, while still delivering his contagious sound. The project contains two tracks, however two additional original mixes of the songs are on Spotify as well.
Full of timeless bouncy bass lines, the two tracks bring funk and tech vibes to add to his already infectious brand. “Look Back” features the tech side, holding well-automated sampling and mind manipulating synthesis. “Exclusion,” while still controlling a techno essence, brings a more air-filled traditional house sound. What makes this work so impressive is his ability to use similar squelchy synths and maintain a certain feel , while also changing it up and adding a new vibe to each song keeping it fresh. Boston marks the next stop on his tour, which ends on December 28th in Dallas. If you haven’t been on the dance floor for Shiba San yet, it is definitely is a must. You can find a list of his current tour dates here, and a link to the original mixes of the two tracks here!
