Relentless Beat of the Week: BIJOU & AViVA- ‘Run It Back’

BIJOU and AViVA‘s recent collab “Run It Back” has us wanting to play it back! The two debuted this one for the first time at Global Dance Fest when BIJOU brought her out during his set. The seed was planted and obsessions to find the track grew. Many will be relieved and weekend-ready to know that the track is out now! In celebration, we’re crowning it the Relentless Beat of the Week.

The tune kicks off slow, steady, and simmering with a burning baseline. But, if you know a BIJOU beat, you know this is only the beginning. At around minute two things heat up. What was a mere melody is now a pipping hot Dark House masterpiece. The two each brought their unique take to the sub-genre and made something dark, deep, and delicious.

AZ native BIJOU is coming home and he’s bringing his Super Phat tour. With this you have not one but TWO opportunities to catch “Run It Back” live; come through at Shady Park on November 30 and then do it all over again at the Orpheum Theater on December 1.
