YetepBrooklyn-based artist Imanos has been grinding hard for himself and his music. Most notably, he has received well-earned praise for “Revolution,” his collaboration with Diplo which made it into the Top 5 on iTunes Dance Chart. In addition, he’s achieved plenty of daytime radio support, including Sirius radio, and major movie campaigns and soundtracks. In total, the Diplo collab has over 59 Million streams on Spotify and is still one of the most heavily supported Diplo singles. Imanos isn’t stopping there with his success – he’s recently released his single “Lick That” through his new label Summer Somewhere.
“Lick That” has a notable future house vibe and starts off with an instantly memorable vocal hook and catchy lyrics like, “Sex / Vacation / I just Wanna Lick That.” The tropical energy of the track immediately transports the listener to paradise somewhere on a beach with a fruity drink in a coconut cup. The song builds with an energetic bass line that will get you moving and ready for your next vacation. If vacation isn’t in the near future for you, just put “Lick That” on repeat: it’s the next best thing.
