YetepThere’s a storm a-brewing, because this weekend we’ve got some of the most wicked talents in the country right here in Arizona. We’ve got a double dose of SayMyName, first in Flagstaff then in Flagstaff. Friday night we’ve also got Chuckie at a new club, Pretty Please.
2/1: SayMyName @ Orpheum Theatre

Los Angles-based DJ and Producer SayMyName is always cooking up something special for his Arizona family. He’s played 3 times in the Grand Canyon State last year alone, and each time has been more powerful than the last. His live set curates a plethora of different genres, always leaving fans on the edge of their seats. SayMyName has a music style unlike others in the industry. His music combines classic hardstyle music with cutting-edge bass and dubstep. Each SayMyName song goes in a different direction, for the better. This technique keeps his music exciting and satisfies both old-school hardstyle lovers with new generation bassheads. If there’s one thing SayMyName knows how to do, it’s throwing a wild show. When he took over Pioneer Peak at Goldrush this year, everyone in the crowd was going insane; there wasn’t a single person in that crowd without a huge smile on their face. SayMyName can hype up the crowd like no other, and he always leaves fans with a set they’ll remember.

Since his discovery in Amsterdam, international DJ and producer Chuckie has fast become a global phenomenon. Born and raised in Paramaribo, Clyde Narain devoted himself completely to music and had played many records from a young age. He started out by deejaying at friend-related events, but would soon be known for hyping up many clubs and events as deejay “Chuckie”. He successfully proved his skills to be true and his innovative and energetic mixing skills are still making him one of the most popular artists of the moment. Crossing various genres, Chuckie has put his stamp upon the music industry and he still grows into a high mark in the international dance scene.
