YetepA cosmological union of entrancing sound, German producers Claus Terhoeven and Stefan Bossems are the big daddies of progressive trance music. They’ve been ruling the scene since 1999, which speaks powerfully to their like-minded, out of this world visions and ears for trance music. Since their creation, Cosmic Gate has climbed the DJ Mag Top 100 ladder, released hit singles (including perhaps their most ground-breaking, titled “Wake Your Mind,”) sold out their Wake Your Mind tour, initiated their Wake Your Mind Records label, and, finally, hosted a weekly radio show titled Wake Your Mind Radio. The latter of these explosive accomplishments is the subject of this week’s Radio Recap.
Are you ready to walk through the cosmic gates? Episode 265 of Wake Your Mind Radio will transcend you past the so-called boundaries of trance music and elevate you to new musical (and perhaps spiritual) levels. Nic and Bossi play their “Private Playlists” and sprinkle artists Jason Ross, Ilan Bluestone, Gordey Tsukanov, Maglev, and cosmic gods Cosmic Gate themselves like fairy dust through this episode. Do you feel like you can fly? Join Cosmic Gate in their magic when they play at Shady Park on June 14. Wake your mind and get your tickets now.
