Galantis and Passion Pit Collab on ‘I Found U’

Swedish duo Galantis are no strangers to working across different genres. They recently collaborated with OneRepublic on the successful “Bones,” and most recently, they’ve teamed up with indie electronica artist Michael Angelakos, aka Passion Pit, for the infectious new single, “I Found U.”

This blend of genres works perfectly here, bringing the best of Galantis’ and Passion Pit’s styles together for a sweeping mainstage crossover track. While the melody is upbeat and poppy, Angelakos’ lyrics are sincere, with lines like “Just look how bad these last few years were to me / they brought me lower than you’d ever believe / no light to look up to.”
