YetepFollowing his recent Obsessions EP and his single Gravitate with Golf Clap forToolroom Ibiza 2019, US talent Dillon Nathaniel is ready to make his stellar debut on Solardo’s esteemed Sola label with his Do It Again EP. A technical whizz in the studio and a modern house music connoisseur, Dillon Nathaniel has been establishing his talent across the US and beyond. His thick grooves and quirky soundscape has even caught the attention of A-Track, Idris Elba, Chris Lake, Mark Knight and more whilst spilling on to the crossover circuit with impressive support from BBC Radio 1 and Rinse FM. Check it out below.
With an ability to work multiple subgenres flawlessly, Dillon Nathaniel’s versatile productions have landed him releases on a variety of labels including 7Wallace, Big Beat, This Ain’t Bristol, Box of Cats, Insomniac, Toolroom and many others with the Solardo lads now welcoming the rising talent to their tastemaker Sola imprint. The past 12 months for Dillon Nathaniel have been integral to his successful journey, supporting Destructo on his tour whilst going on to his own debut Australian tour that saw him play historic clubs like Sydney’s Chinese Laundry and Brisbane’s The Met. Now moving into melodic, tech-house territories, Dillon Nathaniel’s Do It Again EP is set to energize crowds globally. Do It Again draws on punchy bass lines and deep textures paired with a 90s inspired vocal, whilst funky b side Let Me Know samples Bizarre Inc’s 80s hit I’m Gonna Get You adding uplifting groove to the driving drums poised for dance floor destruction.
Back by popular demand, Dillon is providing the beats at Shady Park on February 1. Grab your tickets here.
