Ekali Reveals Newest Projects for 2020

Though 2019 has come to a close and the new year has just begun, artistry never sleeps. With last year boasting an incredible amount of accomplishments, life-changing experiences, and never-ending perseverance from extremely talented artists in the EDM industry, 2020 is expected to be even better. Canadian artist Ekali has been climbing his way to the top through constant hard work and passion over the past several years, and he recently took to social media to announce his newest projects and plans that are already in full motion going into the new decade.

With 2019 being an incredible year both personally and professionally for Ekali, due to his recent marriage engagement and musical successes such as his collaboration with renowned producer Illenium, you can imagine the excitement around what is to come. With exciting sounds, fresh mixes, and unique production style, Ekali certainly stands out as a strong force in the industry.

So what can we look forward to in the coming weeks and months from this explosive artist? Strap yourself in, because Ekali has got a ton of new surprises in the works. First, he has a 12-track album that is set to drop in just a few weeks to kickoff the new year, and fans have been patiently waiting for him to release a work of this nature since his EP Crystal Eyes that was released in 2018.

The artist revealed that the new album would be mostly ethereal and melodic, but would be followed by the releasing of heavier music to balance it out. Following this, Ekali has also elaborated on the experience created by his live sets, as he is set to go on tour immediately following the drop of his album. The stage production accompanying his music is going to be bigger than ever, and his sets will be entirely new and different than what he has displayed in the past.
