YetepChristian Bauhofer, known by his fans as his party crushing alter ego Minnesota, is a producer and DJ heralding from Santa Cruz, CA that has been lighting up venues across the country with his frantic energy and pounding bass. Since his inception in the scene he has had stand out tracks and milestone collabs with the likes of Seven Lions, Mimi Page, G Jones and Stylust.
One track and collab that stands out in particular to us is his 2013 hit song “Float” with Oakland-based rapper, Zion I. Coming at you with firey emotion and bass, it’s the best of both worlds when looking to escape your current time and place. The track marks the significant Shadowboxing Tour the two musicians shared together which brings synth sediment to the tune. Crowned as today’s Spin it Back Saturday feature, check it out below.
