YetepFlorida producer Shndō just released a saucy remix you’ve got to hear. His artist name meaning “vibrations” in Japanese, and being inspired by his own deep-rooted passion for anime and Japanese culture, Shndō hit the scene with groundbreaking sounds and continues to shake things up with his wild versatility. Shndō’s musical resume includes working with the likes of Nitti Gritti, and earning production credits alongside Cardi B, Chris Brown, Lecrae, and Pitbull. Pushing boundaries and genres, his work knows no limits, and showcases what is said to be the music of tomorrow.
He recently took on Pitbull and Ne-yo’s Latin bop “Me Quedaré Contigo,” featuring Lenier and El Micha. His influences on the remix are artful, seamless, and nuanced. Check out the new release below!
With the original track being performed at the Latin Music Awards this past October and receiving millions of streams, it’s safe to say it’s a hit. Due to the track’s success and popularity, you can imagine the pressure Shndō felt taking on the remix, but he didn’t disappoint. Keeping the same tone and feel of the original and simply building upon its production to add in his own electronic dance elements, Shndō’s skill stands out via the minimalistic approach he takes.
If you haven’t listened to Shndō’s work before keep your eye on him in 2020!
