YetepJust a few weeks ago, Big Wild dropped his debut album, Superdream, comprised of 12 groovy tracks that fit perfectly within the cultivated Big Wild sound. The producer has been active in the scene for several years now, touring with artists like Griz, Pretty Lights, and Bassnectar, and creating innovative tracks that blend the lines of indie and electronic music.
For this week’s Spin it Back Saturday, we are going back to 2014 for one of Big Wild’s early tracks, “Venice Venture.” Check it out below.
With its hazy guitar riffs and laid-back beat, “Venice Venture” sounds like something straight out of a 1970’s SoCal film. It’s a perfect embodiment of the diverse and refreshing sounds Big Wild would come to deliver in the years that followed.
Big Wild will be supporting Louis The Child on their Here for Now 2020 Tour along with K. Flay, and ilo ilo. They’ll be stopping in Chandler on April 17th. Click here for tickets.
