YetepWhile South Bay musician, DJ, and producer Ryan Browne may be a rising DJ to Watch, he’s been well established and experienced in his musicality since before he was 15. His passion for this art started like many; he grew up playing drums in rock and metal bands before reaching the professional level when he played for Jive Records’ pop duo, Axiz. Still, he pushed himself, graduating early from Berklee College of Music having studied drum set, Afro Caribbean hand percussion, music production and engineering, and the music business. He then went on to accept a teaching position at the prestigious LA music school Icon Collective. First student, then teacher, and now employing everything he’s learned into his own music production, Ryan Browne is as well-rounded as it gets.
His most recent EP Rapture, which you can and should listen to above, is a testament to Browne’s overwhelming dedication to both the industry and his creative prowess. Ranging from boundary-breaking dubstep to high-intensity drum & bass, each track proves Browne is no ordinary heavy producer. It’s loud and it’s wildly fun, but it’s also meticulously designed and carefully crafted. Browne is and continues to be a DJ to watch ascend to the top.
Find the perfect suit or dress and be Ryan Browne’s prom date when he opens for Yultron‘s Prom Night at AURA on April 11th. Get your tickets here!
