Zeds Dead Release ‘Catching Z’s’ Remix Package

Earlier this year, Zeds Dead released their highly anticipated Catching Z’s mixtape, made up of 13 downtempo tracks that left fans mesmerized. In true Zeds Dead fashion, they’ve got even more in store for us, and this week dropped a Catching Z’s remix package. Check out the four reworked tracks below!

The remix package opens with an acoustic rendition of “i think you’re cool,” a standout track from the original mixtape. Jenna Pemkowski’s vocals come alive in this edit, as everything else but the piano melody is stripped away.

The IMANU x QUIET BISON remix offers something entirely different, as glitchy, experimental elements come to the forefront. Pocket’s remix of the track comes next, bringing up the BPM a bit for a groovy house spin.

The package closes out with A-BO’s remix of “lost birds,” featuring choppy synths and progressive house inspiration.
