After a long and miserable 2020, Escape Halloween is back this year, and Insomniac brought their A-game with this year’s lineup. The two-day Halloween-themed festival will take place this year on Friday, October 29th and Saturday, October 30th at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, CA.
This year’s stunning lineup features The Chainsmokers, Loud Luxury, Eric Prydz, Cirez D, DJ Snake, Adam Beyer, Benny Benassi, Tchami, Vintage Culture, and so many more. If you’re unsure of where to start this year as you plan your itinerary, read on for some sets you absolutely MUST see.
Eric Prydz
Eric Prydz was the highlight of my Escape experience in 2019, and it was a delightful surprise. He has the rare ability to keep the audience absolutely mesmerized from start to finish with his immaculate progressive house sound. Don’t miss him on Saturday either, where he’ll be performing under his techno alias, Cirez D.
Loco Dice b2b Nicole Moudaber
If you like techno, Escape is the place to be this year, and especially at this iconic b2b set. Loco Dice traverses the realms of both house and techno while Nicole Moudaber is a staple in the techno world. This will without a doubt be one of the most memorable sets of the weekend.
Vampa
If there’s anyone fitting to see at a Halloween-themed festival it’s Vampa. This female bass producer exploded onto the scene in 2018 with her carefully crafted style that combines delicate melodies with pounding synths. The result is something dark and powerful, something you need to witness at Escape.
Dabin
If there’s ever an opportunity to see Dabin live, you want to take advantage of it. Live sets are where this producer really shines, from his electrifying performance on the guitar to his diverse track selection that will leave you both crying and rocking out.
Sonny Fodera
I have personally never seen Sonny Fodera live, which makes him a top priority in my eyes at Escape this year. The Australian house producer doesn’t make it to the states very often, so you won’t want to miss this opportunity to groove out to your favorite house tracks at one of Escape’s giant spooky stages.
Hopefully these top sets can help you narrow it down as you begin planning your itinerary for the event in the next few weeks. If you haven’t yet purchased tickets, head on over to the Escape: Psycho Circus website to grab them while they last. Two-day General Admission tickets start at $169.99 plus fees.
