MARAUDA Drops Debut Album ‘Ascension Rite’

In 2017, at the age of 16, MARAUDA made his Never Day Die debut with his massive Malignant EP. Not only did his debut EP quickly launch him to the forefront of modern-day dubstep. In 2019, MARAUDA, born Hamish Prasad, founded Malignant Music. Now coming full-circle, MARAUDA has just released his debut album, Ascension Rite, on his very own label!

Ascension Rite is absolutely monstrous. Overflowing with energy, adrenaline, and pure pandemonium this album is an incredible experience from start to finish. Featuring a colossal collection of sounds and styles, Ascension Rite dabbles in several sub-genres, providing plenty of variety for listeners. Listen below!

An eight-track masterclass in music production, Ascension Rite will still be in the spotlight many years from now. Furthermore, just as the Malignant EP changed the landscape of dubstep in 2017, so too will Ascension Rite in the coming year.
